The original members of Barbell Crew Original reside in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne Australia but now can be now be found at locations at around the world. Scattered. But never alone. Only to themselves. That is what we are here to change. A gathering of strangers, individuals, familiar faces, friends now united with the same forward mentality.

The initial vision of Barbell Crew Original built its foundation on the likes of individuals who chose to motivate those around them. It continues to do so, now it requires the action of silent leaders around the world to step forward. This isn't a movement that requires much more than telling the girl or guy next to you that they are able to push their limitations. 

When you elevate those around you, you will find something in common with them. That there are barriers which everyone must climb in order to advance to their next challenge and together we will prevail with much greater success. 

The physical properties that you possess do not differentiate you from the next person as this battle is fought mostly in the mind. So step forward. Approach others, gather friends, unite and let them know in their times of struggle that you are there asking for nothing in return as the reward of doing so will be greater than any materialistic gain.
